On 13th Nov 2013, I worked YI1HR on 15m. The operator gave his name as Hasan.
I have since found reference on the internet that this is a PIRATE operator. The call sign is not recorded on QRZ.com. I have sent an email to the Iraq Amateur Radio Society, but to date I have not received any reply.
