Radio Korea is now known as KBS World Radio (KBS).
In August 1953 the Voice of Free Korea commenced broadcasts as the Voice of Free Korea. On the 1st day of April 1973, the station's name was changed to Radio Korea. On the 15th day of August 1994, the station's name changed to Radio Korea International. And on the 3rd day of March 2005, it changed its name to KBS World Radio. (Wikipedia 2023)
