NEW ZEALAND AWARDS.
New Zealand Award (NZA).
A total of 101 contacts are required which must have been made after 8th December 1945.

- 35 contacts with ZL1 call signs
- 35 contacts with ZL2 call signs
- 20 contacts with ZL3 callsigns
- 10 contacts with ZL4 callsigns
- plus one contact with a ZL territory with a ZL callsign.
New Zealand Counties Award (NZC).
Captain James Cook Award (CJC).
NZART established the Captain James Cook award to commemorate the voyage of this world famous navigator and seaman. It is awarded in three classes:
- The 'Sailor Class' award requires contacts with: a G station in Yorkshire, FO, ZL2, VK2 and Hawaii KH6.
- The "Officer Class' requires all the 'Sailor Class' contacts plus contacts with ZL1, ZL3, ZL4, VK3, VK4, P2 New Guinea, and any Antarctic station.
- The 'Commander Class' award requires all the "Officer Class' contacts plus any five of the following seven countries: VE2, VO, A35, YJ8, FK8, CE8, KL7.

Contacts are required with 30 different DXCC Oceania entities.
