WHAT ARE INTERVAL SIGNALS?
An interval signal, sometimes referred to as a tuning signal, is used by international broadcasters, and some domestic broadcasters. It is a characteristic sound or musical phrase which is played before the commencement of a transmission or during breaks in transmission.
