2019 Oceania DX Contest.
I found band conditions to be very poor this year. I ended up with a total of 112 contacts and a claimed score of 24,892 points. I worked a total of 16 different DXCC entities on 15, 20, 40 & 80m SSB.
I ended up with a total of 107 valid contacts and a score of 23,863 points.
I came 3rd in Australia in my category (Single Op, Low Power, All Band, Phone) and 31st in Oceania.

2019 VK Shires Contest.
I activated the following parks in the following Shires:-
- Wiljani Conservation Park VKFF-1159 – Barossa Council (BA5 )
- Charleston Conservation Park VKFF-0777 – Adelaide Hills Council (AH5)
- Totness Recreation Park VKFF -1754 – Mount Barker District Council (MB5)
- Scott Conservation Park VKFF-0934 – Alexandrina Council (AX5)
- Mount Billy Conservation Park VKFF-0912 – City of Victor Harbor (VH5)
- Myponga Conservation Park VKFF-0921 – Yankalilla District Council (YD5)
I entered into the Rover category. A Rover station is a VK station who goes either portable or mobile for the entirety of the contest and activates more than one shire. To be considered as a roving station you must activate a minimum of 2 shires.
All up I made a total of 310 contacts and worked a total of 258 different shires. I have a claimed score of 84,320 points.

In the end I came first in this category with a score of 63,240 points. I'm not sure why the score was reduced from the claimed score.

2019 John Moyle Memorial Field Day
I took part in the 6 hour portable - single operator Phone category of the Field Day.
I activated the Coorong National Park 5NP-005 & VKFF-0115.
I made a total of 187 QSOs with a score of 374 points.
There were 13 amateurs who entered this category in the Field Day.

The maps below show my contacts during the Field Day.
The graph below shows my QSOs during the Field Day. The majority of contacts, a total of 57, came from Victoria (VK3), followed by New South Wales (VK2) with 47.
The majority of my contacts were made on the 40m band (124 QSOs), followed by 80m (38 QSOs), and then 20m (25 QSOs).
I came first in this category. Peter VK3ZPF came in 2nd position with 159 QSOs and 318 points, followed by Tony VK3XV in third with 85 QSOs and 168 points.
