Shiokaze 'Sea Breeze' has been on shortwave since the 30th day of October 2005. JSR Shiokaze is produced by the private ‘Investigation Commission on Missing Japanese Probably Related to North Korea’ (COMJAN). It is aimed at reaching Japanese citizens believed to have been abducted to North Korea between 1977 and 1983. (WRTH 2022)
