RADIO VLAANDEREN INTERNATIONAAL.
Radio Vlaanderen Internationaal (Dutch for "Flanders International Radio"), was the international broadcasting service of Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroep (VRT), the public broadcaster of the Flemish community in Belgium.
The station was previously known as Belgium Radio International. The name was changed to Radio Vlaanderen International in 1992. Shortwave broadcasts from Radio Vlaanderen Internationaal ceased on the 31st day of December 2011, due to budget cuts, environmental reasons and new technology (Wikipedia 2023)
