UTC TIME.
UTC stands for Universal Time Co-ordinated. It is sometimes referred to as Coordinated Universal Time or Zulu.
It was previously known as Greenwich Mean Time.

Whenever logging either amateur radio stations or short wave broadcast stations, always use UTC time and not local time.
At the 1884 International Meridian Conference held in Washington, D.C., the local mean solar time at the Royal Observatory, Greenwich in England was chosen to define the Universal day, counted from 0 hours at mean midnight.
