Hard copy QSL cards, LOTW & eQSL are accepted.
In the WIA online awards system you are required to authorise two other amateurs to verify any hard copy QSL cards. I am happy to be nominated to check your cards, but please confirm this with me first by email to [email protected].

Some tips before sending me your QSL cards.
- DO Not send me Short Wave Listener (SWL) QSL cards. They mean nothing.
- Please sort your cards ALPHABETICALLY. It is not my job to sort cards.
PLEASE READ the WIA Awards pages, so you know what is required of you.
I am sorry, but if you do not follow the instructions on the WIA Awards website, your cards will be returned with a polite request for you to comply with those directions.
I am a QSL card checker for WIA Awards, ARRL DXCC & other awards, and CQ Awards. I often have up to 500 QSL cards to check at any given time, and I no longer have the time to fix up errors which should not have been made in the first instance. Thankyou for your understanding.
