VOZ ANDES, ECUADOR.
HCJB (World Radio Missionary Fellowship, Inc - USA) stopped all shortwave operations in Ecuador in the late 2000s. In 2009 they handed over their shortwave transmitters in Quito to the voluntary organisation Asociacion Vozandes Media (AVM) which is not part of the HCJB organisation.
AVM was founded by staff of the cormer Quito based HCJB German language service and cooperates with the local HCJB FM & MW station in Ecuador.
